I had just returned from travelling, and joined Qualifa as a Market Research Analysts as a temporary measure. Once I had gotten through my training, I quickly found that I loved the job, the team and the business! Before too long I was promoted to Team Leader on the EMEA shift, and within 12 months I was Team Manager. I have since progressed to Delivery Manager and have 6 direct reports as well as being responsible for about 120 Analysts. All this within a few years!
